"The Club" or "We" or "Us": Throughout these Terms and Conditions, 'The Club', 'We', 'Us' refers to Business Minds Collective Ltd.
The Website": The term "The Website" refers to thebusinessminds.co.uk, which is owned and operated by Business Minds Collective Ltd. This website is the primary online platform through which our services are advertised and provided.
"Member" or "You": Any individual or entity that registers, subscribes, or uses our services through Business Minds Collective Ltd or The Website is referred to as a "Member" or "You" in these Terms and Conditions.
"Services": The term "Services" encompasses all activities, benefits, content, and programs offered by Business Minds Collective Ltd, either through The Website, in-person events, or any other mediums used by the Club.
"Content": "Content" refers to all text, images, video, audio, or other multimedia content, software, or other information or material submitted to, served on or made available by The Website or through the Services.


2) Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

3) Membership Eligibility
Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
Members must provide accurate and complete registration information.

4) Use of Services
Services provided by Business Minds Collective are for personal and professional growth. Any misuse or unethical behavior may result in termination of membership.

5) Becoming a Member
To be eligible for membership at our club, applicants must be at least 18 years old. If you're interested in joining (referred to here as a "Candidate"), you'll need to complete our application form (known as a "Proposal") and pay the applicable "Membership Fee." The Annual Membership Fee is renewable each year on the day before the anniversary of your initial payment. The Annual Membership Fee can be paid using a credit/debit card or via direct debit.

Rest assured, your payment details will remain confidential and will only be processed if your Membership Proposal is approved. Please note that we cannot consider your application until we have your valid payment details. Full payment of Fees is required for your membership to be activated.

6) Membership Fees and Renewal
Membership fees are due monthly or annually and subject to change with notice.
Membership is automatically renewed unless cancelled by the member.

The Monthly Fee
  • Adjustments to Monthly Fee: The Monthly Fee is subject to change at our discretion. Should there be any adjustments, either increases or decreases, we will inform you in writing.
  • Payment Schedule: The Monthly Fee is due on the same date each month as the date your subscription was initially approved. Payment is required immediately and will be processed via direct debit from the account specified in your Application Form.
  • Change of Payment Date: We reserve the right to modify the payment date for the Monthly Fee. In such cases, you will be notified in advance. If this change results in an adjustment of your payment schedule, we may make pro rata payments to align with the new billing date.
The Yearly Fee
  • Payment for New Subscribers: As a new subscriber, you have the option to pay the Yearly Fee, which is subject to the Cooling-Off Period.
  • Pro Rata Yearly Fee for Current Subscribers: Current subscribers who are already paying monthly may be offered the option to switch to the Yearly Fee, calculated on a pro rata basis.
  • Payment Terms: The Yearly Fee is payable in full upon successful subscription and must be paid online via card payment.

7) Cancellation and Refund Policy
Members may cancel their membership according to our cancellation policy. Refunds are subject to conditions outlined in the refund policy.

Cancelling a Membership Application

If you've applied for membership and are still in the application stage, you can choose to withdraw your application at any point before it's officially accepted.
Once your membership is accepted and the required fees are paid (referred to as the "Acceptance Date"), you'll have a 14-day period (the "Cooling-Off Period") starting from the Acceptance Date to reconsider your decision. If you choose to cancel your membership during this Cooling-Off Period, you can do so without any cost, and you will be eligible for a full refund of your Annual Membership Fee.

To cancel your membership, please send a written notice to the Membership Committee at contact@thebusinessminds.co.uk.

8) Termination of Membership
The club reserves the right to terminate any member's membership if they fail to pay their membership fees or any other debts owed to the club within 30 days of the due date. In such cases, the club will provide written notice of termination to the member.
Should termination occur under these circumstances, all outstanding payments, including membership fees for the remainder of the membership period, become immediately due and payable by the member.

9) Code of Conduct
Members are expected to adhere to our code of conduct, promoting respect, professionalism, and courtesy.

10) Event Participation
Members are entitled to participate in club events. Some events may require additional fees or registration.

11) Event Cancellation Policy
For events that require payment, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are not eligible for a refund. We are unable to process refunds for any cancellation requests received within this 24-hour window.

12) Intellectual Property
Content provided by Business Minds Collective ltd is protected by intellectual property laws. Redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited. Under no circumstances may members or their guests sublicense, assign, copy, reproduce, adapt, modify, create or attempt to create any charge or encumbrance over, or profit from Business Minds Collective ltd.

13) Liability
  • Limitation of Liability:
  • The Business Minds Collective ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind suffered by any member, guest, or third party resulting from the use of participation in Business Minds Collective ltd activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Business Minds Collective ltd.
  • Member Responsibility:
  • Members are responsible for their own actions and the actions of their guests while participating in Business Minds Collective ltd events. Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Business Minds Collective ltd against all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from or related to their or their guests' conduct.
  • Use of Facilities and Services:
  • Business Minds Collective ltd makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, safety, or suitability of any facilities or services provided. Members and guests use all facilities and participate in all activities at their own risk.
  • Force Majeure:
  • Business Minds Collective ltd is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including natural disasters), war, terrorism, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control.
  • Personal Property:
  • Business Minds Collective ltd is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property belonging to members or guests brought onto Club premises.
  • Changes to Services:
  • Business Minds Collective ltd reserves the right to make changes to the nature, scope, and availability of services and facilities. Business Minds Collective ltd will not be liable for any changes or temporary unavailability of services or facilities.
  • Acknowledgment:
  • By accepting membership, members acknowledge and agree to the terms of this liability clause.

14) Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your consent to the changes.

15) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
